Please note there is no minimum amount for an order but a fee of 7 Euro per order is charged for postage and packaging.

Delivery details.

Generally we aim to deliver within 2 - 3 weeks. In the case of delay, we will contact you. If an exact delivery date is required, please inform us at the time of order.

Payment

Ordered goods will only be sent to the customer when payment has taken place. When we receive a written order, we will send the customer a bill for the goods. The amount due, together with the postal charges, should then be transferred to our bank. When the money has been received, the goods will be sent off. The transfer costs will be covered by the customer. With the cash on delivery method of payment, a bill will also be sent upon order of the goods. The charges for this method will be met by the customer. Credit cards are not accepted by our company. Our bank details are as follows:

Conditions of exchange/return of goods

All standard articles can be returned/exchanged within 14 days. The goods must be in the original state of condition and they must not have been worn. Please note, the customer is responsible for the postal charges. Unfranked packages will not be accepted by our company. It is advisable to check the goods for any obvious defects. Any transport damage should be registered with the post as the goods are covered by insurance.

Leather is a natural product and, therefore, prone to irregular features such as pigment marks, insect marks and other differences. These are not defects but proof that the material is genuine and totally natural. Our leather clothing articles are subject to natural wear and tear. Typical signs of use after the article has been worn for a long time do show through at the seams and at places where extreme pressure is put to the test. Upon purchase the customer receives from us a one year guarantee for the material and workmanship. This includes repair without charge. After this the 12 month liability period applies. We exclude from the guarantee articles which have been sold as seconds or as reduced articles. Also cases where normal usage has resulted in the wear and tear of the product. This would include defect lining and misuse of the washing instructions. The guarantee for washing only applies if our own washing lotion has been used. Repairs for wear and tear will be charged to the customer.

For the reimbursement of the purchase price, it is necessary to have details of the customer`s bank details. Postage and cash on delivery charges cannot be reimbursed. In the case of material or workmanship defects, we would cover the postal charge.

Made to measure and individual wishes

Made to measure articles are not possible. Following traditional craftsmanship, we do not compare ourselves with the run of the market products as in the textile industry. Differences of one or two centimetres can occur and usually even out. For individual wishes, please write your telephone number on the order form so that we are able to contact you..

Please make a note of this information when attending a measuring session. Made to measure articles are not included in the exchange/reimbursement conditions (only in the event of defects in the material and/or workmanship). Please complete the measurement sheet exactly. Reservation of proprietary rights

Up until the complete payment of the purchase price has been made, the goods remain in our ownership. Lüneburg applies as the court of jurisdiction.
